At ZapToys, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and safety standards for our products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1.⁠ ⁠No Refund Policy

All toys and collectibles sold by ZapToys are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened items.

2.⁠ ⁠Manufacturing Defects (Replacement Only)

We only offer a replacement in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a replacement:

The defect must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

The item must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any included parts.

The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

Once the item is inspected and the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer:

A replacement of equal value, or

Store credit at our discretion.

3.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

We may offer an exchange under the following conditions:

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

The item must be in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

ZapToys reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Opened or used toys

Damaged items due to misuse

Items without original packaging

Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)

5.⁠ ⁠Return Process

To request a replacement or exchange:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

Wait for confirmation before returning the product.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
